  5. Names of initials Directors and their addresses.

  7. The lawyer will prepare Memorandum and Articles of Association in line with the Client’s instructions.
  8. The lawyer and the client will Confirm suitability of the draft Memorandum and Articles and prepare final copies which must conform with the new CAC Standard Memo in the portal.
  9. Complete statutory forms and pay stamp duty
  10. The next stage,the lawyer will Submit all documents online duly stamped Memorandum and Articles, the statutory forms and Directors consents to CAC and pay filing fee.
  11. The attorney will present at the CAC all original duly signed documents and obtain Certificate of Incorporation and certified true copies of Form CAC 2.3 (formerly Form C07), and the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
  12. Without query on the application for company registration the certificate should ready within 14days to collect the original copy of Certificate of Incorporation in any of CAC offices nationwide in Nigeria
  13. The next stage is the registration for Tax (the VAT and TIN number ). for opening of bank accounts.
